Now hiring Machine Operators on 2nd shift in Beaver Dam. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die and mold components for the metal working and plastics industries.
 

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm- must train on 1st shift
Once hired on, the shift will change to Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 2am


Work includes:

• Read & interpret blueprints, panning sheets, sketches & related technical data
• Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings machining methods & sequence.
• Calculate and set machine controls to position spindle in relationship to work piece & to regulate factor factors such as cutting, depth, speed and feed.
• Monitor displays and machine operations to detect malfunction.
• Change cutting tools and set up according to required machining sequence, measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide in all units of measure, issuing whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
