We are looking for a Tank Winding Production Lead in Windsor! In this job, you'll perform assembly and production operations for winding tanks, direct daily shift activities, and provide supervisory support to meet production schedules in a dynamic water treatment environment. We are seeking candidates with previous manufacturing/assembly experience, intermediate mechanical aptitude, and leadership potential.

Pay: $25-28/hr 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Meet production schedules, load fiberglass/acetone, mix resin/hardener/pigment, assemble/package tanks, print labels
• Operate/adjust winding machine, set up/tear down/clean equipment, perform fault analysis and inspections
• Ensure ISO compliance, administer safety/policies, provide supervisory backup, participate in process improvements
• Handle incoming inspections with Excel, maintenance, material handling, waste disposal, data entry, and scrap reporting
• Interface with shifts/departments, work independently, perform non-production tasks
• Intermediate mechanical aptitude; previous manufacturing/assembly experience required
• Quick learner, independent worker with strong organizational/communication skills
• Basic shop math (percentages/ratios); proficient in Microsoft Office; licensed forklift operator
• Lift 45 lbs, maneuver 55-gallon drums, wear PPE (gloves, respirator, face shield), handle fiberglass/resins/chemicals without allergy
• Extended standing, flexible hours, problem-solving skills, hazardous waste knowledge preferred
