Manager/Supervisor

Express Employment is now seeking Production Supervisors to assist operations in a Beaver Dam manufacturing plant. This company is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of tool, die and mold components for the metal working and plastics industries. Candidates should expect to spend 90% of days on the production floor working alongside team members.

NOTE: A hair follicle drug screen and a background check will be conducted prior to employment.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000. Expect to supervise 10 to 12 people on regular production.

Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities:

Keep production floor on task and prioritize workloads
Manage the team, analyze productivity and efficiency, and make appropriate changes based on data
Use company systems to analyze data.
Analyze open order reports and plan production to ensure that customer demand is met in a timely manner
Maintain a culture of improvement and engagement to move the business and team forward

Qualifications:

Supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing industry is required
In the first 90 days, understand production process and display capability of job duties
