Maintenance Tech
Our client, a full-service contract manufacturer who specializes in electrical manufacturing, is looking for a Maintenance Technician on a hybrid shift! As the Maintenance Technician, you will be the point of contact for all equipment related concerns, including both preventive and reactive maintenance concerns.
Pay: $30-37/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible on schedule but just ask they are there for the majority of 1st shift and a portion of 2nd shift (1st is 6am-2:30pm, 2nd is 1:30pm-11pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with associates, higher level management, and vendors to resolve equipment issues
- Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items as necessary
- Utilize maintenance requisition system (Fiix) to track and manage work orders
- Maintain the building and facilities which include basic mechanical and HVAC support, and working with external contractors
- Coordinate annual fire inspections
- Work with Operations and Engineering to reconcile variance due to equipment functionality
- Maintain compliance to current ISO standards
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent; a technical degree and or training is preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprint and basic electrical schematics
- Practical experience with automated equipment and robots, simple electrical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
