We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant in Madison! This position will assist with scheduling, customer service, basic clerical duties, and accounting, supporting operation efforts.

Pay: $18/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (must be open to working Saturdays as needed)

Duties Include:

• Assisting customers with payments
• Answering customer emails and inquiries
• Preparing receipts for customer fees/purchases and entering into purchasing system
• Completing shipping documents for client shipments
• Ordering warehouse and office supplies

Skills Required:

• Must be able to type 45WPM
• Customer Service experience in person and by phone
• MS Excel & Word
• Organizational Skills

Desired:

• Experience working in a small office setting
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience
• HS Diploma or GED with some secondary education/equivalent job experience in customer service
