Our client in Stoughton is looking for a production supervisor on 1st shift! As the production supervisor you will be managing the production team of a state-of-the-art production facility. This organization supplies and assembles using high-precision fully automatic equipment to ensure reliable performance and lengthy product lifespan.

Pay: $65,000-70,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage production capacity based on sales forecast and inventory plan
• Generate and deliver weekly production forecasts for co-manufacturer
• Issue and track purchase orders
• Perform regular quality audits on all finished goods, report finding, and track
• Confirm accurate vendor invoicing for inbound goods
• Perform on-site inventory audits at external warehouse at least once annually (travel required)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience as a production supervisor
• Strong team building and decision making skills
• Proficient with MS office suit
• OSHA experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to coach and motivate employees
