Your Role with the Company:
As an Accounts Payable Associate you will work on the Accounts Payable team of about 5 employees. Your main function will be to manage 600+ credit cards. This includes ordering and deactivating cards, troubleshooting cardholder issues, responding to fraud notifications, matching statements, reconciling accounts, and contacting vendors and/or employees for missing receipts. This role requires a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Background Profile:
- 2-3+ years in Accounts Payable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Viewpoint software preferred
